Islington CCG stakeholder survey results 2017
03 May 2017
CCGs need to have strong relationships with a range of health and care partners in order to be successful commissioners within the local system.
Each year, a 360 degree stakeholder survey is carried out by Ipsos Mori (on behalf of NHS England) to gauge whether these strong relationships are in place. The survey allows a range of stakeholders to provide feedback on their working relationships with CCGs. Stakeholder groups include member practices, Healthwatch, the local authority, NHS provider trusts and other CCGs.
The survey is now in its fifth year and the results for 2017 have just been released. You can see Islington CCG’s results here.
Alison Blair, Chief Officer of Islington CCG said: “I’d like to thank all of our stakeholders who took the time to complete the survey. The results really help us with our ongoing organisational development. Over the next 2 months, we will be looking at the results in detail to see where we do well and where there is a need for improvement. We will then agree the actions we need to take to make sure we act on the feedback we have received.”
