Sustainability and Transformation Partnership

The health and care system across north central London - clinical commissioning groups, local authorities and NHS providers - have worked together to develop an north central London-wide Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).

This is being delivered by North London Partners in Health and Care - a partnership of health and care providers across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. North London Partners in Health and Care are committed to improving the health and care system and realising our shared vision of this being a place where no one is left behind. The STP sets out how local health and care services will be transformed and made sustainable over the five year plan, building and strengthening local relationships and ultimately delivering the Five Year Forward View vision. To find out more about the STP and the work of North London Partners in health and care, visit the North London Partners website.
